Northern Neck Soil & Water Conservation DistrictServing the people of Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, and Westmoreland CountiesOur Mission: To promote the stewardship of natural resources through leadership, education, and technical assistance for all resource users and to engender a trusted relationship between the District and these users. The Commonwealth of Virginia supports the Northern Neck Soil & Water Conservation District through financial and administrative assistance provided by the Department of Conservation & Recreation. Funding is also provided by Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, and Westmoreland Counties.
